About the Role:
The VUMC Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking a assoc program manager (APM) for its medical residency program. We are looking for an energetic, flexible and team-oriented person who will play a vital role in the growth and education of our residents. This person will work closely with the Residency Program Director as well as the Department Chair and Chief of Medical Physics. In this position, the APM will assist in: coordinating resident didactics, preparing resident evaluations, monitoring requirements for completion of residency, coordinating visiting medical student assignments, program accreditation, managing budgeted expenses, as well as administrative assistance to the Program Director, among others. Experienced applicants are preferred, but all applications are welcome.
Assists in planning, coordinating and executing programs with some guidance.
Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).

*Minimum Qualifications Required*
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and < 1 year relevant experience
