- VUMC Child Care offersearly childhood care and education for the children of VUMC faculty, staff, andstudents. The child care program serves children age infants (6 weeks) to fiveyears old. Our centers are licensed by the Tennessee Department of Human Services.
Responsiblefor overseeing childcare personnel, which includes teachers, earlychildhood associates and administrative support
Overseeingchildcare operations including licensing, quality assurance, facilityoperations and educational excellence.
Maintaininga positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritizingand organizing daily childcare center activities for maximumeffectiveness.
Ensuringstaff schedules are created efficiently to achieve the appropriatecoverage of center operations.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years relevant experience
Child care center basedexperience preferred
Ability to be flexibleto center’s needs and hours
Strong work ethic
